in the heart of Val di Fassa

My name is Nadia. I was born in Genoa, but I have been in love with these mountains since childhood. After graduating in Architecture, I chose to move permanently to this magical corner of Trentino, where I began working for the Municipality of Moena.

However, my passion for nature, the mountains, and medicinal plants was too strong to remain just a hobby. So, in the autumn of 2012, I started cultivating my first plots of aromatic and medicinal herbs, discovering a world that truly reflected who I am. Over time came the first rewards, alongside the commitment of raising my three children together with my husband, Enrico. It was then that I decided to leave the “secure job” behind and devote myself fully to the fragrance of my organic herbal teas.

Since 2016, I have been working full time on our mountain fields and have also introduced the cultivation of cereals: soft wheat, barley, and buckwheat, from which we produce wholegrain mountain flours with an authentic, natural flavor.

My desire to create an eco-sustainable and self-sufficient farm, capable of overseeing the entire production process—from seedling to finished product—led me to bring an even bigger dream to life.
In 2018, construction began on the new building that now houses:

• the processing laboratory

• the bio shop featuring our natural products

• the agriturismo with 7 guest rooms

• the treehouse, suspended at the edge of the forest, my most whimsical and beloved idea

Today, Agriturismo Fiores is a place where you can enjoy an authentic nature-based experience, surrounded by medicinal herbs, mountain scents, genuine hospitality, and slow, mindful well-being.
