The Eco Green House Fiores is surrounded with cultivated land. The Fiores company cultivates herbs, medicinal plants and grains. Our organic plants are the starting point for the choices we offer for breakfast. You will enjoy cakes made from our whole wheat or buckwheat flour.Our jams are also unique! They are made with entirely with plants.

All our products are made with heritage scents and aromas of which the recipes have almost been forgotten over time. You will taste handmade bread and cakes, jams, fresh milk, cheese, yoghurt and cold cuts from local farms: the Ladin tradition reinterpreted for you to enjoy authenticity and premium quality!
